2 large eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 pound ground chicken
snipped ; dill
1/2 cup matzo meal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water or seltzer







Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs with oil; add the chicken, dill, matzo meal and salt
Blend well, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Bring 4 cups water to boil, reduce heat
Make the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut
Put them into the boiling water (not soup) and cook covered for 40 minutes
Before serving place the cooked balls into the soup and heat thoroughly
