Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 sm. pkgs. instant french vanilla pudding
whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box vanilla wafers
4 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
4 kiwi fruits, halved and sliced
mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vanilla pudding according to package directions BUT only using 2/3 of the required milk. It should be very thick. Stir in condensed milk. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold heavy cream into pudding mixture gently. Using a large trifle dish or 13x9" baking dish, start with a layer of vanilla wafers, then 1/4 of the pudding, then 1/4 of the strawberries. Then more cookies, 1/4 of the pudding, 1/4 of the strawberries and 1/2 of the kiwi. Then more cookies, 1/4 of the pudding, 1/4 of the strawberries. Finally: cookies, the last of the pudding, the rest of the strawberries and kiwi, and then sprinkle liberally with mini chocolate chips. They will beg for more! I can't tell you how many times I've been asked for this recipe.

Personal Notes:
Equally delicious without the kiwi, if you prefer.
