1-32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. corn flakes or potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Thaw potatoes. Melt 1/2 stick butter. In large bowl, mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese and melted butter. Spread mixture into 9x13" casserole dish. Melt other 1/2 stick butter and toss with corn flakes. Spread buttered corn flakes evenly on top of casserole and bake for 35-45 minutes.
