1 loaf of Sourdough French bread
8 eggs
2 c. 1/2 and 1/2
2 t. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
3 t. cornstarch
2-4 c. berries
1/2 butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Night before: Tear bread and fill a gallon size Ziploc baggie. In a medium size bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla, pour over bread in baggie. Refrigerate overnight. In a small bowl combine: sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Set aside until the next morning.

In the morning: Fold sugar mixture over berries and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Place chilled bread mixture on top of berry mixture; drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 450º for 30 minutes or until golden.

This is a great make ahead breakfast! You can use any berry you have or a combination and frozen berries work well, although you might need to add a little more cornstarch if your berries have a lot of juice. Watch it. The last few minutes you might want to cover it with foil so it cooks but doesn't get too brown.
