1 c. mayo
3 Tbs. sugar
3 Tbs. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
8 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. green bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced

In large bowl, stir together the first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Makes about 8 cups. Great for a summer picnic or barbecue!
