Ingredients:  
- 3 tomatillos
- 3 serrano peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful chopped cilantro
- 1 small onion
- salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all of the ingredients and add to a food processor or blender. Pulse on medium on until it's a rough/sandy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. It's ready to serve immediately, but the flavors will combine better if left in the fridge overnight.
