1&1/2 lbs.Pork Liver
2- lbs. Pork chops
3/4-teas Sage
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-cups Plain Corn Meal
Water to cover good

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Liver and Chops slowly until done. Let cool,then take all meat off the bones,and chop fine.Chop Liver fine too.Put chopped meat back into broth,add salt,pepper and sage.Heat back up. Slowly add corn meal and cook on low to medium heat until extra thick.Stir often.Put in bowl and when cool put in fridge

This was mine and Bo's favorite when we were growing up. When it was cold ,Mom would slice and fry it and serve it with grits.It's good.
