1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
1/2 c. Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 qts. Popped Corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and boils for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour syrup mixture over popped corn in a large roasting pan. Stir to coat well. Bake at 250º for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir mixture occasionally to prevent it from sticking together while cooling. Store in tightly covered container.
