1 cup mayonnaise/yogurt
2 Tbsp wine or cider vinegar
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp basil
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp Watkins potato salad seasoning
1 tsp dry mustard

Mix together and let sit. Pour over cooled macaroni and diced vegetables and cheese.
