5 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk and sugar. Add butter and flour. Beat very little after adding flour it will make your pancakes tough. They will be slightly lumpy. Grease pan with butter and cook over medium heat till done. Don't over cook. Turn when they are just set up enough to hold shape. Serve with honey and lemon juice or your favorite jam or fruit.

This is our most used pancake recipe. It has a lot of eggs so it is a good breakfast to get you through the day! We also use it for a simple company meal, paired with bacon and home canned peaches.
