Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (store bought or homemade - bread machine recipe follows)
1 T. Olive Oil
1/3 pound sliced pepperoni
1/3 pound sliced deli ham
2 c. shredded cheese (mozzarella or blend of your choice)
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Bread Machine Pizza Dough:
1 c. water, room temperature
3/4 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. plus 1 T. whole wheat flour (may use all white flour rather than using part wheat flour)
1 3/4 tsp. yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine

Place ingredients, in order listed, in bread machine pan fitted with the kneading paddle and select dough cycle. This usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours, so plan accordingly. Dough can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, just remember to take it out and let it come to room temp before using ~10 - 15 minutes.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.
Press dough into a lightly greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan (jelly roll size cookie sheet).
Layer with pepperoni, ham and shredded cheese. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Place diagonally in pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan, oregano, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

This is a versatile recipe - add whatever meats, veggies and or cheeses your family prefers. There is also "Pizza Dough Yeast Packets" that I have used (follow recipe instructions on packet) that make pizza dough in about 10 minutes (and it doesn't taste too bad either).

I serve this with a store bought or homemade pizza sauce for dipping. (I have put a pizza sauce recipe in this cookbook as well.)
