Ingredients:
3 Kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled(optional), cored and chopped
1 cup chopped Strawberries
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 tsp Fresh Fruit (to mango and apple), can substitute lemon or lime juice if needed
1 (24oz) package Flour Tortillas
cooking spray or melted butter (your choice)
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir first 5 ingredients together and let stand for 5 minutes to allow ingredients to marry.
Meanwhile spray the tortilla shells with cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with generous amount of cinnamon sugar. Cut into 3 strips, then cut the strips at diagonal cuts to make triangles (about 6 triangles per strip). I find this is easily and quickly done with a pizza cutter. Place on cookie sheets in single layers and bake until light brown, ~8 to 10 minutes. When cool, serve with salsa.
