Pie Shell Pastry
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 T Sugar
1 to 1 1/2 Quarts Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 T Milk

Glaze;

1/2 cp Sugar
1 T Cornstarch
Dash Salt
1 3/4 cps Water
1 pkg (3 oz) Strawberry Gelatin

Directions:
Roll out pastry to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Transfer pastry to pie plate. Trim pastry to 1/2 inch beyond edge of plate; flute edge of pastry. Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Bake at 450º for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 7 minutes longer. Cool completely on a wire rack.

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over the bottom of crust; arrange strawberries over the top.

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Pour over berries. Refrigerate until set.
