1-1/4 cup flour
1-1/4 buttermilk
1 tsp. baking powder, heaping
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Use nonstick oil or regular. In a blender or mixer, combine all ingredients blend until smooth. Pour by spoonfuls into pan forming 5-inch circles. Flip when ready and cook until golden brown.
