6 apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cake meal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsps. margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. lemon juice
raisins-- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Blend 1/4 cup sugar, cake meal, margarine, nuts and raisins.
Sprinkle crumbs over apple mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour until brown.
Serve warm.
