1/2 t salt
2 T ground cumin
2 T ground corriandor
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 T olive oil
4 Boneless pork chops
Pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, cumin, coriander, garlic and 2 T olive oil make a paste.
Season pork chops with pepper and rub with paste.
Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium heat and cook 3-4 minutes per side.
May need to turn more than once to keep the paste from burning.
