1-2/3 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds plus 2 Tbsp. divided
1-1/3 cups coconut, divided
1/2 cup raisins
2 small bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup plus 2 tsp. brown sugar, divided
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup almonds, 1 cup coconut and the raisins. Mix in bananas. Beat egg, milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. butter. Add to flour mixture and mix until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins or use papers. Mix remaining coconut, 2 Tbsp. almonds, 2 Tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over each muffin. Bake at 375-degrees about 25 minutes.
