1 cup cooked fresh corn kernels
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

COMBINE all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; mix well.

2 ears of corn gets the 1 cup cooked fresh corn kernels needed, but I use frozen and if I am really pressed for funds I will use canned corn drained well.

This salsa can be used with chips just like it is; additional items such as avocado, bacon bits, black beans, thinly sliced steak, chicken or turkey makes for a meal when you pair it with a salad or inside a wrap.
