24 oz. frozen broccoli florets
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1/2 c. Miracle Whip or Hellman's Mayonnaise
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
garlic powder or salt
1 c. crushed potato chips
butter to coat baking dish

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli and drain well. Chop onion.
In a large mixing bowl combine chopped onion, mushroom soup, mayo, cheese, and garlic powder or salt (to taste). Stir in broccoli.

Use butter to coat bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" cake pan and spread broccoli mixture evenly in pan. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil from pan and spread crushed potato chips over top of broccoli casserole, return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
