2 c. noodles
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. turkey broth
2 c. diced turkey
1 small can peas
1/2 c. liquid from peas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling saltwater until tender. Drain and place in a buttered casserole. Place butter in a skillet and saute onion for several minutes. Add flour and stir until smooth. Preheat oven to 400º. Add turkey broth and liquid from peas. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook several minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour over noodles in casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and golden brown.
