3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon onion – minced (optional)
16 ounces sauerkraut - drained
12 ounces corned beef brisket – sliced/shredded
¼ cup bread crumbs
8 ounces Swiss cheese – ¾ inch cubes
container Russian or Thousand Island salad dressing
bowl flour
bowl eggs – raw scrambled
bowl bread crumbs (with caraway seeds added)

Preparation Method

Mix cream cheese, onion, sauerkraut, corned beef and crumbs.
Shape into balls, wrapping the corned beef mixture around the Swiss cheese cubes.
Dip balls in flour, egg and crumbs to coat. Pan fry to brown, then cool.
Serve warm with side of Russian or Thousand Island salad dressing for dipping.
