Ingredients:  
1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
1/4 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper.
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers or rich round crackers
1 8 3/4 oz. can cream styled corn
1 7oz. can whole kernel corn, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, and sweet pepper in 1 tbsp of the margarine till tender. Combine egg, milk, 1/3 c of the crushed crackers and dash of pepper. Stir in onion mixture and corn. Pour into a greased 1 qt. casserole. Melt remaining margarine, toss with remaining crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture atop corn mixture. Bake in 350º oven about 35 minutes or till knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
