1/2 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of icing sugar
1 cup of flour
3/4 cup of butter

To make thumbprint or thimble cookies, shape dough into balls, roll in chopped pecans! Place on pan and make a thumb print. Bake on 350ºF. Fill with jelly or jam.

Grandma usually makes these at Christmas! My favourite cookie of hers and is a must have over the holidays. My personal favourite is grandma's homemade raspberry jam and pecans.
