Ingredients:  
2 tbsps. red wine vinegar or 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar
4 tbsps. sugar or honey
1/2 cup light olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in container. Good on just about any kind of salad especially those with fruit & nuts.
Really good on Mixed Greens Pear Salad:
Mixed greens
Pear cut up
Crumbled goat cheese
Caramalized pecans - Melt tbsp. or so butter in pan, add 1 or 2 tbsps. brown sugar, add pecans & stir till coated. Watch they don't burn. Let cool.
Layer ingredients & sprinkle with dressing.
