1 quart heavy cream
10 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 cups frozen corn
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees; Mix together cream, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper (mix well); Layer frozen corn into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and pour mixture on top of the corn. Bake un-covererd at 325 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
