2 c. Powdered Sugar
1/4 c. Butter, softened
2 T. Cream or Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients to a spreading consistency.
Variations:
Mocha Icing: Use 3 T. of cold strong coffee in place of the cream or milk.
Cocoa Mocha: Add 2 T. of cocoa and use the coffee in place of the cream or milk.
