8 oz. Medium Egg Noodles
2 cans Tuna
1 1/2 c. Sour Cream
3/4 c. Milk
1 can Mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Topping:
1/4 c. Parmesan or Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/4 c. Ritz Cracker Crumbs
2 T. Butter or Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare noodles according to package directions. In a large ovenproof bowl, flake tuna and add sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Gently stir in cooked noodles. In a separate bowl, mix cheese and cracker crumbs with butter until well coated. Sprinkle on top of tuna noodle mixture. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
