4-6 oz egg noodles, wide
2 T butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 t salt
2 dashes Worcestershire
2 oz cream cheese
2 oz heavy cream (milk will work)
2 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 C parmesan cheese
2+ T sour cream
3 T chives diced
1 dash paprika
2 T parsley

Double all ingredients for a 12 oz package of egg noodles

Prepare noodles as directed on the package.

While noodles are cooking, melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and saute until garlic swells and mixture thickens a bit. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt. Stir in cream cheese until blended well. Stir in heavy cream until smooth. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, continue stirring until it is completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Stir in sour cream, chives and dash of paprika.

Drain noodles, return to pan and stir in sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
