1.2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 split chicken breasts, skin removed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup dry whit wine
parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken in butter, then crumb mixture.
Microwave cook on full power 6 to 61/2 minutes per pound of chicken. Turn chicken halfway through cooking. Remove chicken from microwave and set aside. Add onions and mushrooms to remaining butter. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add parsley and wine to the mushroom mix and pour over chicken.
