2 lbs Potatoes, about 6 medium
3 T Margarine
3 T Flour
Salt and Pepper
2 1/2 ps Milk
1/4 cp Onion
Cubed Ham
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Peel and slice 4 cps potatoes. Place 2 cps of the potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish topping with half of the onion. Prepare sauce by melting butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir till bubbly. Remove. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling stirring constantly for 1 minute. Pour 1/3 cp white sauce over potatoes. Top with remaining potatoes, onion, and sauce. Dot with butter. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, add ham cubes, bake for an hour. I add seasoned croutons to top about 10 minutes before done.
