1 cp Unsalted Butter or Margarine, Room Temperature
1 cp Vegetable Cooking Oil
1 cp Sugar
1 cp Confectionary Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4 1/2 cps All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter or margarine, oil, and sugars in large mixing bowl; mix well. Add eggs; beat 1 minute until well blended. Add vanilla; beat well. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Drop by small teaspoonsfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
