1/2 cup of flour (scant)

1 tsp (approx) hot grease or oil

Warm the milk for about 30 sec in the microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients and scoop into muffin tin with the grease that has been heated in the oven until it was smoking. Bake in a hot oven about 425 for 20 - 30 mins. You have to watch them.
To make a dozen:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
Salt

Sorry I couldn't be more precise. Ovens are so different and if you are cooking at high temperatures, things happen quickly.
