3 cups cut up rhubarb
2 cups sugar
2 heaping tbs flour
1 tbs lemon juice
2 eggs
drop of milk if this mixture is too dry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put in unbaked pie crust. Put the top crust on, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º for 45 min - 1 hour (longer if it is frozen)
To freeze this, just put in freezer before you brush and sprinkle. That should be done just before you bake it.

I know none of you kids like this but your families do. Also, it was Grandpa Morgan's favorite thing of all times. I just felt it had to be in this book. He loved rhubarb anything
