1 ½ cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks (beaten)
1 Tbsp. butter
½ cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar and salt together. Add egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add cornstarch and coconut. Put in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
