Salad:
1 large nappa cabbage (or substitute) chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 pkgs ramen noodle soup mix (noodles only)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter)

Dressing:
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 cup white sugar or stevia (not artificial sweetener)
1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chill the cabbage and onions together.
Brown noodles, seeds, almonds in coconut oil. Cool.

Heat dressing ingredients together until sugar/stevia is dissolved. Chill until completely chilled.

Once everything is completely chilled, Toss all ingredients together about 10 minutes before serving.
