2 cans (1 lb. size) whole beets
1 C beet juice
1 C cider vinegar
1/4 C sugar
1 t salt
1/8 t ground cloves
8 - 12 hard cooked eggs
1 lg. onion sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil, stiring, add beets & onions. Simmer uncovered 10 min.

Place eggs, beets & onions in 1/2 gal. jar alternately, pour juice over contents. Refrigerate.
