4 thin slices beef (top sirloin)
salt & pepper
4 slices bacon
1 onion
1 T parsley
1 T mustard
1 T flour
2 T butter
1/2 C water
extra flour
2 T cream
paprika
2 T beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Pound beef and rub w/ salt & pepper. Cut up bacon, chop onion & parsley & mix all w/ mustard. Spread this on beef and roll up tightly. Tie w/ string. Dip rolls in flour & fry in butter, brown all sides. Add water & stew for 30 min. When water has evaporated turn rolls once again. Remove, untie & place on hot platter.

To "Bratensatz" in pan, add flour, cream, sesaonings and beef stock to make gravy. Pour over meat. Serve w/ potatoes and salad.
