Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups of nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, peanuts or a mix, your choice)
1 pie shell unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a small saucepan melt butter.
Whisk in brown sugar until smooth.
Remove from heat and whisk in honey, vinegar, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
SLOWLY mix in eggs. If not mixed in slowly eggs will cook too fast and create egg strings in the mixture. If this does happen, use an immersion blend to break it down.
Place nuts in unbaked pie shell.
Pour hot mixture on top.
Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes until set.
Cool and serve.
