2 1/2 cups white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup softened salted butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips (your choice on type)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

In a medium bowl combine flour, soda, and salt. Mix well with a whisk and set aside.
In a separate bowl, blend butter and sugars with an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until blended.
Add flour mixture blend until fully mixed.
Add chocolate chips, blend until fully mixed
Drop by tablespoon, or cookie ball scoop onto an un-greased cookie sheet (or cookie sheet with parchment paper on it) approximately 2 inches apart.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven when baked and transfer to a cooling rack.

With a cookie ball scoop I get approximately 6 dozen cookies.
