2 C. sugar
3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 C. vegetable oil
3 apples, cubed

Frosting:
1 C. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 C milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease & flour a bundt pan. Mix all ingredient's together, and bake for 1 hour.

Frosting :
Combine sugar, butter & milk in small saucepan, cooking at a slow boil for 21/2 to 3 minutes, then spread on warm cake.
