1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 300ºF and raise oven rack 1 level.

2) Beat butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt together.

3) Add flour and vanilla and mix well.

4) Drop by teaspoon, 6 per sheet, on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

5) Bake for 12 minutes until golden.

6) Let cookies sit for one minute on pan and them remove with a spatula.

7) Roll over a spoon handle and store in a tightly covered tin.
