2 pkgs. 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. red pepper, finely diced
1/4 c. jalapeño pepper, finely diced
1/4 c. green onion, finely diced
3-5 drops hot sauce, to taste
6 tortilla shells
1 1/2 - 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix cream cheese, peppers, onions, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl.

2) Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

3) Spread mixture over tortilla shells evenly and roll up tightly.

4) Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5) Slice into one-inch pieces and bake at 350ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

1) Use gluten free tortilla wraps
2) May use soy or rice-based cheese substitutes, but not recommended.
