1 can (15oz) pumpkin
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 frozen unbaked deep dish pie crust (9")

Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl until smooth. Pour into pie crust on large foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 425º oven 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. Bake 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from crust comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Garnish with Vanilla Whipped Cream. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

Whipped Cream:
Beat heavy cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
