Ingredients:  
1 lb. fingerling potatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. dill seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a large saucepan.
Add chicken broth and butter; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until almost tender.
Uncover; cook 8-10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and broth is evaporated.
Press each potato lightly to crush.
Sprinkle with dill and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
Serve with sour cream.
