1/2 cup sugar
10 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/4 cup coffee liqueur (1 use chocolate liqueur)
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup vanilla custard powder
1/4 irish cream liqueur
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup orange liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 cup butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat and whisk in sugar,cocoa
and eggs. Stir in the liqueur and whisk constantly until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.Mix the graham crumbs with coconut and walnuts and stir into cocoa mixture.Grease a 9 x 15 inch dish and pack crumb mixture in it. Put in fridge while making filling.
Place 1/2 cup butter, confectioners sugar, custard powder and Irish cream liqueur into a bowl and beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread over crust and refrigerate until set.
Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. butter in a double boiler, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well blended Stir in orange, then drizzle over the custard filling. Chill until chocolate is set. Cut, using a knife, dipped in hot water.
