1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup oil
1 carton sour cream 8 oz (can use fat free)
4 Tablespoons flour
1 small can mandarin oranges including juice

Frosting:
1 package vanilla instant pudding
15 oz undrained crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, flour and mandarin oranges well and bake in 2 round cake pans or a 9 x 12 pan. Bake according to instructions on cake mix package but don't overcook it.
When done, cool completely. For frosting mix together dry pudding mix and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator.
