1 package marble cake mix
2 lb. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
1 3 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup milk

Directions:
Prepare cake batter per mix directions. Place in a 9" x 13" metal pan. Do not use a class pan.

Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Spread on top of the unbaked batter. Bake at 350 º F. for one hour. Check with a cake tester to make sure it comes out clean. If not, bake a little longer. Cool.

Combine Cool Whip, milk and pudding mix. Spread on top of cooled cake.

Very moist. Fills the 9 x 13 pan to the top. Very easy.

I love this dessert. It was given to me by a coworker at Dominion Virginia Power in 1992. I loved it after making it only once. Good to take to a potluck as it serves a lot of people.
