2 slices sourdough bread
3 oz havarti cheese with dill, thinly sliced, divided
2 tomato slices
2-3 fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Layer remaining ingredients in between bread slices, butter side out. (Split havarti up so there are slices layered on the top and bottom.) Cook in frying pan or electric skillet until bread is browned and cheese is melted; flipping over as necessary.
