4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pre-seared, sliced thin
1 lb bacon, chopped small
½ jalapeño, diced small
1 garlic clove, minced

2 cups small broccoli pieces
8 oz package mushrooms, sliced
1 roasted red pepper, diced small
1 cup white wine
¾ cup chicken stock
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups penne pasta (uncooked)
4 oz grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Add the first group of above ingredients to a hot pan & brown lightly. Do not drain.

Add the second group of ingredients. Bring to boil.

Slowly add the heavy whipping cream, allowing it to simmer. Simmer until sauce starts to thicken, then add pasta and grated parmesan.

Bring all to heavy simmer until sauce is thick, plate and garnish with shredded Parmesan.
