Ingredients:  
5 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. shortening
1 egg
3 tblp. vinegar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour , salt and baking powder together.
Cut shortening into flour mixture, until mealy
Beat egg in measuring cup, add the vinegar and fill to one cup with milk.
Using a floured board, roll out crusts.
Will make 3 double crust pies or 6 singles
